Just as people check and adjust their appearance in the mirror, it is also important for companies to hold up a mirror to themselves from time to time in order to harmonize the outside with the inside. Specifically: After Symrise had grown considerably in the past, integrated new product categories and adapted the orientation of the individual business areas to the growing challenges, it was time to adapt the previous corporate design carefully but noticeably. A rigid corporate design based on the “one fits all” principle does not suit Symrise. The flexibility that the employees demonstrate on a daily basis is therefore also reflected in the new corporate identity. To this end, Symrise provides a modular system with design elements that enables tailor-made solutions for the various product categories.
