Gallery of Taste

This compendium metaphorically leads flavorists into a gallery of unforeseen possibilities in their search for the right flavors. An important design element are (picture) frames: They emphasize application aspects and help to turn Symrise’s ingredients into a small work of art. This impression is complemented by artistic typography. The navigation elements at the top of each product page in conjunction with three different indices ensure that users can quickly find the product category relevant to them. Despite their enormous complexity, the wide range of information on each product is clearly arranged, enabling a quick comparison between similar flavors. As befits good design, form and function go hand in hand here and make for an extremely coherent book that the target group is happy to pick up – not least because of the detailed, tactile elements.
