What is often overlooked in everyday life is a daily task here – and real teamwork. For Haster Gebäudereinigung in Langenhagen near Hanover, we photographed the employees. Initiated by the generational change in management, a new visual world is being created that builds on existing photos and continues them as a visual sequel. Proven elements are retained, while at the same time further development becomes visible: through an expanded color palette as well as new forms and structures that create depth and liveliness. Management and employees are equally at the center of attention – staged in a relaxed, humorous way and with a twinkle in the eye. In the end, the resulting photos show one thing above all: trash talents.
